IPCA S.r.l. (Institute for the Promotion of Food Culture). It was founded in Milan in 1988, with the intent to act as operative meeting point between industrial and commercial firms, consumers, catering and communication operators, and promote the spread of Italian food culture by emphasizing the cuisine and products, in Italy and around the world.

Under the auspices of the monthly magazine “La Cucina Italiana”, IPCA S.r.l. offers “La Scuola de La Cucina Italiana” - “The School of La Cucina Italiana”:
