The School's kitchen is equipped with a large desk from which the students can follow the chefs' procedures and take part to the preparation of the dishes.

For those who wish to put into practice what they have just learned in the basic courses (Basi di cucina - Cooking bases, Cucina classica - Classic cooking), there is the possibility to use the individual workstations equipped with gas-stoves, oven and sink.

For those who choose the pastry courses, instead, there is a special classroom available, with a large marble table and all the necessary equipment to prepare desserts, but also bread, pizza and fresh pasta.

And for the guided tastings, and some of our courses (etiquette and table decoration, Angolo cottura - Cooking corner course) the lessons are transferred to the restaurant hall, a comfortable and elegant environment which is the effective point of aggregation for our students.
